Description

LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Z1C00I is a special modified PPO compound with ultra-low dielectric constant and loss tangent, other featured properties including high HDT, good warpage control, excellent surface finishing and chemical resistant. Z1C00I can also be electro-less or electro plated easily.
