The steel HX260YD (X=roll condition, Y=interstitial free, D=hot-dip coatable) is producible with the following coatings: - HX260YD+Z (plating Zn) with coating weights (double-sided) of 100, 140, 200, 225 and 275 g/m² (100 g approximate 7,1 µm per side) - HX260YD+ZF (plating Zn-Fe) with coating weights (double-sided) of 100 and 120 g/m² (100 g approximate 7,1 µm per side) - HX260YD+ZA (plating Zn-Al) with coating weights (double-sided) of 095, 130, 185, 200 and 255 g/m² (95 g approximate 7,2 µm per side) - HX260YD+AZ (plating Al-Zn) with coating weights (double-sided) of 100, 150 and 185 g/m² (100 g approximate 13,3 µm per side) - HX260YD+AS (plating Al-Si) with coating weights (double-sided) of 060 and 080 g/m² (100 g approximate 17 µm per side) The hot dip galvanizing refined flat products are available by arrangement on ordering with different coating weights (also per side). Following surface protection types can be delivered: chemical passivated, oiled, chemical passivated and oiled, sealed, phosphated, phosphated and oiled. Mechanical properties are warranted for a period of 3 months for Bake-hardening steels and for a period of 6 months after provision of the products for all other sorts. The same terms are valid for freedom from stretcher strains (surface type B and C). It is suitable for usual welding methods. For higher coating weights on welding are where approppriate necessary special measures. Furthermore suitability for joining by sticking as well as for application of organic coatings. Application: household appliances industry, construction trade, electrical industry, furniture industry, car industry.,The steel HX260YD (X=roll condition, Y=interstitial free, D=hot-dip coatable) is deliverable with the following coatings: - HX260YD+Z (plating Zn) with coating weights (double-sided) of 100, 140, 200, 225 and 275 g/m² (100 g approximate 7,1 µm per side) - HX260YD+ZF (plating Zn-Fe) with coating weights (double-sided) of 100 and 120 g/m² (100 g approximate 7,1 µm per side) - HX260YD+ZA (plating Zn-Al) with coating weights (double-sided) of 095, 130, 185, 200 and 255 g/m² (95 g approximate 7,2 µm per side) - HX260YD+AZ (plating Al-Zn) with coating weights (double-sided) of 100, 150 and 185 g/m² (100 g approximate 13,3 µm per side) - HX260YD+AS (plating Al-Si) with coating weights (double-sided) of 060 and 080 g/m² (100 g approximate 17 µm per side) The hot dip galvanizing refined flat products are available by arrangement on ordering with different coating weights (also per side).
