Description

Transparent, antifog, both side corona treated BOPP film, for high quality rotogravure and flexographic printing, for the production of packaging for salads and vegetables. The main advantages are: One side has an antifog properties; Another side for printing; antifog properties for 6 month; low coefficient of friction on both sides; both side heat sealable; high optical and physical-mechanical properties; contains a slip-antiblock and special additives; intended for contact with food; without blocking in unwinding; without coatings or primer.

Technological properties

Application areas

High quality rotogravure and flexographic solvent based printing; production of flexible packaging, requiring no fogging during packed product storage; packing lettuce, shredded vegetables, herbs, etc.; packaging for vertical VFFS and horizontal HFFS packaging machines; application temperature with packed product + 5°C; when order please specify antifog side: IN or OUT; AF side and printable side is mentioned in each roll label.

Friction

Kinetic coefficient of friction µ= 0.15-0.35 (GOST 27492, ISO 8295, ASTM D 1894).

HASL BOPP films comprise: A corona treated, heat sealable skin layer with low coefficient of friction, designed for printing, a transparent, specially designed, oriented polypropylene core layer, an antifog, corona treated, heat sealable skin layer with low coefficient of friction.
