Description

Metallized white pearl microporous heat-sealable BOPP film with increased barrier properties for printing and laminations for production of flexible packaging for products with long shelf life. The main advantages are: Metallized side with high adhesion to the film; low threshold for heat welding, increased barrier properties and stable coefficient of friction; contains mineral fillers as calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide; good protection from UV and sunlight; intended for contact with food; pearl side (UT) easily takes an activation, at 200m/min corona power 4 KW is enough for proper printing or lamination; without coating or primer.

High quality rotogravure and flexographic solvent based printing; for both side printing or in center of triplex lamination; for lamination with solvent based or solventless polyurethane adhesives; production of flexible packaging with frame cold glue; manufacture of flexible packaging for products with high shelf life; manufacture of lid for trays with food, typically in center of triplex; production of flexible packaging for the bouillon cubes.

HOHMLB.M BOPP films comprise: An aluminum layer with increased thickness, a treated modified layer for high adhesion to aluminum, an oriented polypropylene tie layer, a white pearl cavitated core layer of printed polypropylene, an oriented polypropylene tie layer, a white pearl heat sealable, non treated skin layer with standard coefficient of friction.
