Application areas | Powder grade I was developed for use in a wide range of tooling products, indexable inserts, woodworking tools or wear parts. | |
Other | Grade I has a tighter specification in cubic carbides and cobalt content compared to grade TS, as well as a significantly lower specification for its aluminium content. The small amount of 1-2 μm sized cubic carbides increases the hardness and decreases the density of the material. Thanks to the fine particle size of the powder, milling characteristics are excellent and comparable to virgin WC-Co powders. |
