Description

The austenitic steel X1CrNi25-21 is melted of restricted chemical analysis, it shows high corrosion resistance to oxidizing acids (especially nitrous acid) and a very good stability against chloritic media and acids. The material is resistant to intercrystalline corrosion also in sensitized condition. Application: in urea synthesis, for construction parts with nitric acid admission (maximum 70% concentration) and increased temperature, in fertilizer industry as well as for various chemical processes.
