We stock a complete range of NORSOK M650 approved material in bars and plates that is ready for same day dispatch from our facilites in Norway, Germany, Korea and the UK. Through the years as a leading specialist in high performance alloys, the company has amassed a unique set of knowhow and knowledge. Our technical department can advice customerson a range of technical topics. One of Europe’s larges stocks coupled with top technical competence makes Sverdrup Steel the materials solutions provider for high performance alloys in bars and plates. Our product selection is specialised toward the offshore industry, but we also deliver to other high performance industries where material specifications are high. On the twenty-year anniversary of its founding in 2012, the company changed its name from Sverdrup Hanssen Spesialstål to Sverdrup Steel. The new name reflected better our increase in export. Since the founding we had gone from a local supplier to an international material solution provider. We needed to emphasis our global position by adapting our brand identity to our international markets. This step was a natural progression of our business and we increased in our efforts towards the markets outside of Norway. Today more than 50 percent of our turn over is generated on the global market. Going forward we see our revenue in the global market will continue to grow, as we find that our value proposition is well received by existing and new customers around the globe. We are located in seven countries. We have stocks in Stavanger and Kløfta in Norway, in Sheffield UK, in Burg in Germany, in Kopparberg Sweden and in Busan Korea. We have sales offices in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, the UK and in Korea. We have adapted the traits that made us succeed in the Norwegian Oil & Gas sector to our global markets.
