1.3207 (HS10-4-3-10) Quenched and Tempered high-speed steel of superlative performance combining optimal cutting-edge retention, high-temperature strength and toughness on account of its composition.

Universally applicable for roughing and for automatic lathes and in generall all kinds of cutting tools and milling cutters.

Heat Treatment

Soft annealing: 820-860°C (Cooling in furnace) - Stress relief annealing: 630-650°C (Cooling in furnace) - Hardening: 1190-1230°C and quenching in air, oil or salt bath T=500-550°C - Tempering: at least 3 times 540-570°C
