Description

The iron alloy with special thermal expansion Ni48, material number 1.3922, is used for compounds of metal and glass (glass fusion). The break point temperature (temperature at which a break point in the expansion-temperature-curve occurs) is 465 degrees C. The material has low thermal expansion at 400 degrees C. The cupping index at 1 mm thickness is 10 mm.
