Description

GGG NiCr 20 2, material number 0.7660, is also contained in VdTUEV Wbl 368 : 2001-06, is similar to GGL NiCr 20 2 in composition, corrosion and heatproof, possesses however improved mechanical characteristics, good sliding properties and a high thermal expansion. With additive of 1 % Mo increases the heat resistance. The material is comparable to UNS F 43000. Application: For pumps, valves, compressor, sleeves, turbocharger housing, exit gas lines, not-magnetizable cast pieces. According to VdTUEV Wbl 368 : 2001-06 the material is certified pressure tanks in temperature range of -10 °C to 350 °C and operating pressures up to 100 bar.

Equivalent Materials

This material data has been provided by WIAM.

"Typical" values were obtained via a literature search. "Predicted" values were imputed via artificial intelligence technology. While we have placed significant efforts in ensuring data accuracy, "typical" and "predicted" data should be considered indicative and verified by appropriate material testing. Please do contact us if additional information on the the predicted data method is required.
All metrics apply to room temperature unless otherwise stated. SI units used unless otherwise stated.
Equivalent standards are similar to one or more standards provided by the supplier. Some equivalent standards may be stricter whereas others may be outside the bounds of the original standard.
