Flooring is never complete without the addition of profiles and thresholds.
Aluminium flooring profiles are used to fix and protect the joints, seams, and edges of the floor and ensure a smooth transition, preventing tile edges from cracking and shipping. Aluminium sections are considered to be environmentally-friendly, maintenance-free, and easy to use.
Thresholds by Braz Line are aesthetically pleasing, and effectively increase the longevity of the floor - they cover the floor expansion gaps and give the floor a completely finished look.
Aluminium profiles by Braz Line are manufactured from the AD-31 aluminium alloy (EN AW 6060) and AD-35 aluminium alloy (EN AW 6082). These aluminium joints or threshold cover profiles are available in various:
Dimensions (20 x 5.5 mm, 28 x 5.5 mm, 30 x 5.5 mm, 40 x 5.5 mm, 80 x 5.5 mm, etc.)
Shapes (smooth, bulged, flat, rounded, two grooves)
Colours (silver, gold, bronze, champagne, etc.)
Special features (anodized, equipped with concealed fixing system, adjustable height)
Additionally, Braz Line produced aluminium flooring sections that could be applied for linking two floors of the same height or bridging variations in height between two floors - one-level and multi-level aluminium decorative profiles are available.
Finally, aluminium flooring profiles conceal level-to-level joints made by any sorts of materials, for example, connecting a laminate floor with a carpet.
