Rapsri is a 50 year old Copper, Brass and Bronze foundry making precision machined, electroplated or brazed value added components or subassemblies. We supply diverse engineering industries such as construction machinery, off highway vehicles, hydraulic pumps valves and cylinders, energy, railways, fire safety, etc.. We deliver product JIT to OEMs to their global locations in North America, EU, UK and Asia through supply chain partnerships in each geography. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company providing world-class quality to global OEMs. We deliver approx. 1200 tons and 3 million finish machined components annually of which 60% is exported. We are a high mix medium volume job shop that can handle 20 – 10,000 nos. per month in the 100 gm to 15 kg weight range. Our precision machines and robust processes are capable of machining parts to close tolerances of up to 15 microns. We have a range of CNC TMC and VMC. We have a stable workforce of approx. 500 persons supported by a highly qualified engineering staff of approx. 75. Our commitment to innovation and technology has kept us preferred choice to our customers wherein we bring in our expertise in material, process, application and design. For example, our proprietary material RB031 that possess high strength and wear resistance properties has replaced most of the conventional bearing alloys like Aluminium bronze, Tin bronze and Gun metal giving high performance in the end application. We work closely with customers to provide value addition and value engineering solutions.
