Methacrylate Butadiene Styrene (MBS) a Weatherability & high impact performance additive for polymers

This material data has been provided by LG Chem.

"Typical" values were obtained via a literature search. "Predicted" values were imputed via artificial intelligence technology. While we have placed significant efforts in ensuring data accuracy, "typical" and "predicted" data should be considered indicative and verified by appropriate material testing. Please do contact us if additional information on the the predicted data method is required.
All metrics apply to room temperature unless otherwise stated. SI units used unless otherwise stated.
Equivalent standards are similar to one or more standards provided by the supplier. Some equivalent standards may be stricter whereas others may be outside the bounds of the original standard.

If customers use our product in new application or changing formulation, LG personnel are available to provide reasonable technical support. LG product technical reports including SDS, TDS etc, should be consulted prior to sue of LG products.

Combustible flammable: Keep combustible and/or flammable products and their vapors away from heat, sparks, flames and other sources of ignition including static discharge. Use appropriate grounding and bonding techniques to manage static discharge hazards.

Dust explosion: Avoid high concentrations of dust in air and accumulation of dust on equipment. An airborne dust of this material can create a dust explosion. To prevent dust explosions, employ bonding and grounding for operations capable of generating static electricity.

Carrying Processing: When carrying and processing this material, local ventilation may be required to control dust and reduce exposure to vapors.

Shelf Life: Before using the product, check shelf life in COA. If you can’t find it, contact proper persons.

Storage conditions: Store ambient temperature/atmospheric pressure and a well ventilated areas Keep away from direct sunlight, Store in product in roofed and ventilated warehouse Keep container closed when not in use Do not stack Flecon bag over double stack to prevent lumps of product.
