Description

Phosphor bronze is a ternary alloy produced by adding tin to copper and deoxidizing with phosphorus. It has good workability, fatigue-endurance and corrosion-resistance. While phosphur bronze with higher tin content shows high strength and excellent elasticity, phosphor bronze with lower tin content has high electrical and thermal conductivity. Harada's low tin phosphor bronze "HRD200" demonstrates high electrical conductivity, and its outstanding workability for bending under appropriate conditions is suited for manufacturing in various shapes.

This grade can be hot-dip tin plated.
