PA11-HIP, EHL, 22-007

Rilsan® BESN BLACK P210 TL resin is a polyamide 11 produced from a renewable source. This black grade is plasticized and designed for extrusion.

Rilsan® BESN BLACK P210 TL resin falls into the PA11-PHLY category according to DIN 73378 and fulfills all specifications according to DIN 74324, ISO 7628, NFR 12632, and SAEJ844. The percentage of renewable carbon according to ASTM D6866 (calculated) is 88%.

Processing methods

Extrusion:

  • Typical melt temperature (Min / Recommended / Max) : 230°C / 250°C / 280°C.
  • Drying time and temperature (only necessary for bags opened for more than two hours) : 4-8 hours at 80-90°C.
