Processing methods | METAPEKS PCPE-01 is processed by extrusion on slanted lines. The processable material has an excellent resistance to binder during extrusion in the melt temperature range from 100 to 120°C. The main processing parameters of the composition for insulation lines: temperature profile, shrinkage, linear capacity, vulcanization pipe temperature does not differ from the processing parameters of the most common brands of peroxide crosslinkable polyethylene. METAPEKS PCPE-01 is compatible with all the most common brands of compositions for semiconducting shielding layers. |
