Description

BW3250® is 99.5% pure BeO and delivers improved performance for circuits and applications generating high heat. BeO has a lower dielectric constant of 6.7 compared to AlN's 9.7 dielectric constant. BW ceramics offer electrical resistivity and dielectric strength equivalent to competitive materials. BW3250 BeO ceramic offers higher thermal conductivity than BW 1000 ceramic, but with lower flexural strength.
