Description

Metallized heat-sealable BOPP film with low sealing threshold and standard coefficient of friction, with barrier properties, for printing and lamination. The main advantages are: More thick coating of aluminium is firmly bound to the film; high barrier properties to oxygen and water vapor; low threshold for heat sealing, high adhesion of aluminum, good mechanical properties; permanent standard coefficient of friction; contains no migratory antiblock and slip additives; intended for contact with food; without coating or primer.

High quality rotogravure and flexographic solvent based printing; for lamination with solvent based or solventless polyurethane adhesives; manufacture of flexible packaging for the food with long shelf life: cakes, sunflower seeds, candies, chips and the like; for vertical VFFS and horizontal HFFS packaging machines; for cold seal glue frame coating onto UT film side (if necessary).

HMPLB.M BOPP films comprise: An aluminum layer with increased thickness, a treated modified layer for high adhesion to aluminum, a transparent oriented polypropylene core layer, a heat sealable, non treated skin layer with standard coefficient of friction.
