Description

Heat sealable transparent BOPP film for hot climate with a standard coefficient of friction and low heat sealing threshold for packaging machines. For high quality rotogravure and flexographic printing and lamination. The main advantages are: A wide range of heat sealing; contains low speed migratory slip-antistatic additives; less slippery surface in comparison with HGPL film; contains an antiblock additives; stable optical properties; good physical and mechanical properties; intended for contact with food; standard coefficient of friction; without coatings and primers.

Application areas

High quality solvent based rotogravure and flexographic printing; solvent based and solvent free lamination with polyurethane adhesives; manufacture of flexible packaging for food products; for vertical VFFS packaging machines as film in laminate, turned to pulling belts; for horizontal HFFS packaging machines as internal film in laminate (turned to the product); production of decorative packaging for flowers, gift wrap and etc.; for cold seal glue frame coating onto UT film side (if necessary).

Kinetic coefficient of friction µ= 0.2-0.45 (GOST 27492, ISO 8295, ASTM D 1894).

Other

HGSL BOPP films comprise: A treated modified heat sealable copolymer skin layer, a transparent oriented polypropylene core layer, a heat sealable, non treated skin layer with low seal intention temperature and standard coefficient of friction.
