Description

NP130HF is a woven glass fabric composite combined with epoxy resin system, which is engineered to provide better physical properties than standard NEMA FR-4. It is significantly more dimensionally stable than NP130 or NP510A because of its low resin content. The main application for NP130HF is for “bed-of-nails” probe boards used for printed circuit board testing, and other structural applications. Certification to IEC-60893-4-PF CC 201.
