HGHW BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) Transparent Film



Transparent heat sealable BOPP film with a wide temperature sealing range, and low coefficient of friction for high speed packaging machines for high quality rotogravure and flexographic printing. The main advantages are: A very wide range of heat sealing; sufficiently low coefficient of friction, including the heated surfaces for high-speed packaging machines; contains slip-antistatic and antiblocking additives; excellent optical properties; good mechanical properties; intended for contact with food; permanent coefficient of friction, even after printing and lamination; without coatings and primers.

Technological properties

Application areas

High quality solvent based rotogravure and flexographic printing; solvent based and solvent free lamination with polyurethane adhesives; manufacture of flexible packaging for food products; for high speed vertical VFFS and horizontal HFFS packaging machines; for heatsealing by UT / UT (fin seam) and UT / T (overlap) film sides; for applications requiring temperature decrease or increase the speed of heat sealing; not for corona treatment of UT side and not for cold seal coating of UT side.


Kinetic coefficient of friction µ= 0.1-0.35 (GOST 27492, ISO 8295, ASTM D 1894).


HGHW BOPP film: a treated modified heat sealable copolymer skin layer, a transparent oriented polypropylene core layer, a heat sealable, non treated skin layer with very low seal intention temperature and standard coefficient of friction.
