Semi-free-flowing suspension PTFE for moulding of large compression moulded sheets, shaped parts and isostatic moulded articles with reduced moulding pressure.

Special Features are:

  • Meets ASTM D 4894 Type IV, Grade 2 classification
  • Produced by suspension polymerisation
  • Moulding powder with semi-free-flowing properties
  • Reduced moulding pressure of 20 MPa
  • Good surface quality of isostatically moulded articles

  • Typical Properties:

    PTFE moulding powder with an average particle size of 220 μm which shows semi-free-flowing properties and requires a lower moulding pressure level compared to free-flowing type of products. The manufactured goods present good electrical and mechanical properties.
