Description

SABIC® LLDPE 6821NE is a hexene linear low density polyethylene. Films made from this resin exhibit good tensile strength, stiffness, dart drop impact strength, tear strength and hottack properties. Application Typical applications for SABIC® LLDPE 6821NE are heavy duty bags, lamination films, agriculture films, stretch wrap films, frozen food packaging and other applications requiring high impact strength and tear resistance. Film properties Film of 50 μm and BUR = 2 has been produced on Kiefel IBC with 140 kg/h. Die size 200 mm, die gap 2.7mm. This product is not intended for and must not be used in any pharmaceutical/medical applications.

This material data has been provided by Matmatch.

"Typical" values were obtained via a literature search. "Predicted" values were imputed via artificial intelligence technology. While we have placed significant efforts in ensuring data accuracy, "typical" and "predicted" data should be considered indicative and verified by appropriate material testing. Please do contact us if additional information on the the predicted data method is required.
All metrics apply to room temperature unless otherwise stated. SI units used unless otherwise stated.
Equivalent standards are similar to one or more standards provided by the supplier. Some equivalent standards may be stricter whereas others may be outside the bounds of the original standard.
