Description

Properties: - with Ti stabilised variant of 1.4401 - due to the high Mo-content corrosion resistance increased, in particular to not-oxidizing acids and halogen containing media - due to the titanium content the steel possesses a increased resistance to intergranular corrosion - is not high polishable - application temperature: -200 to 550 °C Application: - in the chemical apparatus engineering preferably for the textile, sulfite, cellulose, fatty acid, rubber and dye industry - for the construction of pressure tanks to 300 °C certified, until 550 °C, if no disintegration of grains-causative media influence - architecture for brick-work anchorages, is used as reinforcing steels for fire-places, fronts and sanitary engineering - is certified for construction units with bearing function (extended licence notice No. Z-30.44.1 of Institut für Bautechnik Berlin, of the 1.Februar 1994) - prevailing strength grades E 225, E 355
