Description

The austenitic material GX5CrNiMoNb19-11-2 is equivalent to trademark G-X 5CrNiMoNb 18 10 acc. to DIN 17445-84. This ic-resistant material is used for fittings, pumps, agitators, tanks in chemical industry, in cellulose, rayon staple, textile, color and rubber industry. It is weldable without preheating and heat after treatment. A special stabilization annealing in a range from 550 to 600 °C. is accordable in order to improve the corrosion resistance.
