Description

The ferritic chrome steel X10CrAlSi7, mat. No 1.4713, shows very high resistance to oxidizing sulphureous gases, it is unsuitable for oxygen deficient and nitrogenous gases. Temperature limit for permanent operation accounts for 700 °C, scaling resistance up to 800 °C (highest application temperature in air). Application for oven components (sheet-metal brackets, tubes), in apparatus engineering for air preheater, annealing bells, pyrometer sheath tubes.
